Our website will not accept orders to be shipped outside of the continental U.S. or to P.O. boxes. If you need to have an order shipped to a P.O. box or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of the U.S., please call us at 1-800-447-1919 to place your order
direct. All website orders are shipped via UPS ground and will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 "business" days (Monday thru Friday) after the order is filled.
Consumers who place website orders and submit a valid e-mail address (that does not block our email correspondence) will, on receipt of their order into our system, receive an automatically generated order confirmation, including a customer number and an invoice number. When the order is processed and shipped, consumers will receive another e-mail which includes a UPS tracking number that can be used to follow the progress of their shipment on ups.com. Be sure to add consumerrelations@slginc.com to your address book or safe list to assure receipt of your confirmation e-mails.
Orders are normally shipped in 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) with the exception of company holidays or when items are on back order or during peak "sales" times. You must notify us within 30 days if your shipment has not been received in order for packages to be traced.
Shipping & Handling charges are based on the dollar amount of your order as follow:

SHIPPING ON ORDERS BEING SENT OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US WILL BE CALCULATED BY YOUR CONSUMER SPECIALIST.
Please double check your full shipping address. Orders with incorrect addresses may be subject to additional state and/or city sales taxes.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses, orders requiring change of address after order is complete or orders redirected by consumer after shipping (such as leaving a note on your door to send the package elsewhere) are subject to a $7.00 redirection fees which may be automatically be charged to your credit card.
SALES TAX
Currently, sales tax is applied only to orders being shipped to Colorado. Taxes are applied to the entire order, including Shipping & Handling as follow:
Orders shipped to Denver, Colorado
Current Colorado state and Denver city sales taxes apply
Orders shipped to cities in Colorado other than Denver
Current Colorado sales taxes apply
NOTE: States requiring sales taxes on internet sales is subject to change. Orders will reflect the latest requirements.
PREFER TO MAIL OR FAX YOUR ORDER
It's simple, just select all items you wish to order on our web site and add each to the shopping cart in the quantities you desire. When your order is complete, follow all instructions, then select Mail In or Fax as your method of payment. Then all you need to do is print the order form and mail or fax it to us at:

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Product must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Please follow the instructions on the back side of the packing list in order to receive proper credit on returns. Only unopened, unused product will be eligible for refund or credit. Kits and/or cases must be fully intact with all the original products (unopened and unused) to be eligible for refund or credit. No partial refunds or credits will be issued on kits, boxed items or cases. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for shipping charges when returning product. Original Shipping and Handling charges as well as return shipping costs are non-refundable. Items returned that were charged no shipping or handling fees will be subject to a restocking fee equal to normal shipping and handling charges shown above, not to exceed $5.99. Items that are refused & returned will be charged the shipping & handling fee plus a restocking fee of $5.99
