ECONOMY SHIPPING

Is handled by Fed Ex Smart Post or UPS Sure Post & U.S.P.S (no signature required) Orders are handed off to local post office at destination city for final delivery to your address. Once order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-12 "business" days.

REGULAR SHIPPING

Is handled by UPS or Fed Ex Ground (no signature required)

UPS or Fed Ex picks up and delivers to your delivery address.

Once order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 "business" days.

Shipping charges to Canada are $20.00 on any size order

If you need products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico or if you prefer orders to be shipped with a signature required, please call us at 1-800-447-1919 to place your order.

Consumers who place orders and submit a valid email address (that does not block our email correspondence) will receive an order confirmation that will include a customer number and our internal invoice number (different than the shopping cart number). When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email which includes a Federal Express tracking number. Please use this number to follow the progress of your shipment on fedex.com or ups.com.

Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days with the exception of during company holidays, when items are on back order or during peak sales times. You must notify us within 30 days if your shipment has not been received in order for packages to be tracked. Notifications after 30 days cannot be tracked nor replaced.

Please double-check your full shipping address when placing your order. Orders with incorrect addresses may be subject to additional state and/or city sales taxes. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses, orders requiring change of address after order is complete or orders redirected by consumer after shipping (such as leaving a note on your door to send the package elsewhere) are subject to a $7.00 redirect fee, which may be automatically charged to your credit card.

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or denied by consumer are subject to additional (return) shipping costs that equal the shipping cost on the order. Orders that are returned that were charged no shipping or handling fees will be subject to a return/restock fee equal to normal shipping/handling fees.

SALES TAX

Currently, sales tax is applied only to orders being shipped to Colorado. GST & HST tax (where applicable) are added to Canadian orders. Taxes are applied to the entire order, including Shipping & Handling. Colorado taxes are applied as follows:

Orders shipped to Denver, Colorado

Current Colorado state and Denver city sales taxes apply

Orders shipped to cities in Colorado other than Denver

Current Colorado sales taxes apply

NOTE: States requiring sales taxes on Internet sales is subject to change. Orders will reflect the latest requirements.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Product must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Please follow the instructions on the back side of the packing list in order to receive proper credit on returns. Only unopened, unused product will be eligible for refund or credit. Kits and/or cases must be fully intact with all the original products (unopened and unused) to be eligible for refund or credit. No partial refunds or credits will be issued on kits, boxed items or cases. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for shipping charges when returning product. Original Shipping and Handling charges as well as return shipping costs are non-refundable. Items returned that were charged no shipping or handling fees will be subject to a restocking fee equal to normal shipping and handling charges shown above. Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping information on web orders will be charged both shipping/handling fees and a restocking fee of $5.99.

Products that are lost or stolen may be replaced or a credit may be issued if we are notified with 45 days of shipment.

ORDER REFUSALS

Orders that are refused by the ordering consumer will be charged an $11.98 ($40.00 Canadian) return service and restocking fee.
